These terms of service govern your use of efilings.uk services. efilings.uk is a trading name of WOWL LIMITED, registered in Scotland (company number SC770389), registered office 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

efilings.uk provides company formation, Companies House filing, HMRC registration, accounts, and tax services. Accounts and tax services are provided by our associated UK accountancy practice, rraccountants. We are not solicitors and do not provide legal advice.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and inclusive of our service fee. Government filing fees are included where stated.

3. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and depend on processing by Companies House or HMRC. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party processing.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Once a filing has been submitted to Companies House or HMRC it cannot be cancelled, and fees — including government fees — are non-refundable. If a filing is rejected due to an error on our part, we will correct and resubmit it at no extra cost. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Our company formation and filing services do not constitute legal advice. Accounts and tax services are provided by our associated accountancy practice; you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
